We seek a seasoned Program Manager with a strong business consulting or management background and experience in financial institutions (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, Booz Allen, Wells Fargo, or similar firms). The ideal candidate is a strategic communicator who can effectively engage with senior and executive-level stakeholders, ensuring seamless management and communication across a multifaceted risk remediation portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a large-scale risk remediation program comprising 13 workstreams, including Cyber, Data, and Operations.
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, ensuring clear and impactful messaging.
- Manage weekly program-level communications to senior and executive stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong financial acumen to oversee program budgets, ensuring effective allocation and management of resources.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the program portfolio, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Requirements
- Proven business consulting/management background with experience in financial institutions (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, Booz Allen, Wells Fargo, or comparable firms).
- Exceptional strategic communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated success in senior and executive-level stakeholder management, fostering trust and collaboration.
